Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma® (PCAD®)

Dla kogo?

Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma® (PCAD®) jest kontynuacją Practitioner Coach Diploma® (PCD®) w ramach ścieżki rozwoju Life & Executive Coaching lub innych studiów coachingowych dostępnych poza Noble Manhattan Coaching na podstawowym poziomie, dających akredytację praktyka coachingu, a w szczególności IIC® na poziomie Accredited Practitioner Coach lub ICF® na poziomie Accredited Certified Coach. Kurs pozwala na dalszy rozwój umiejętności coachingowych i akredytacji coachingowej na poziomach Senior i Master Coach. Kurs oferowany jest w wersji anglojęzycznej.

Certyfikaty i akredytacje

Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma® umożliwia uczestnikom zdobycie międzynarodowej certyfikacji przyznawanej przez następujące organizacje:

  • Noble Manhattan Coaching – poziom Senior Coach (SNMC) lub Master Coach (MNMC) w ścieżce Life & Executive Coaching (rozróżnienie na poziomie ilości godzin przeprowadzonego coachingu – 750 godzin lub 4000 godzin);
  • Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) – Endorsed ILM;
    • wymagana dodatkowa opłata za członkostwo opłacana do ILM – 115GBP,
  • International Institute of Coaching (IIC) – poziom Master Coach;
    • spełnione wymagania edukacyjne (350 godzin kursu),
    • należy przedstawić certyfikat ukończenia kursu w Noble Manhattan Coaching,
    • należy przedstawić godziny praktycznego coachingu (min. 750 wymaganych),
    • należy dostarczyć swoje dwie nagrane sesje coachingowe,
    • należy dostarczyć 5 referencji od Klientów coachingowych,
    • należy odbyć rozmowę z Dyrektorem ds. Akredytacji IIC,
    • dodatkowa opłata aplikacyjna i za proces akredytacji – 235EUR.

 

Warunki cenowe

Cena kursu wynosi 16.000 PLN zw. z VAT
Dla studentów Noble Manhattan po kursach PCD® lub PCAD® – 12.000 PLN zw. z VAT.

Warunki udziału

  • podpisanie umowy,
  • wypełnienie i podpisanie formularza zgłoszeniowego,
  • wpłata należnej kwoty,
  • minimum dyplom licencjata, poczynając od poziomu PCD® i wyższych,
  • rozmowa przyszłego uczestnika z osobą odpowiedzialną za rekrutację.

Course content

The Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma is designed for those who take seriously their coaching career working in the arena of life dynamics.  It recognises that you will want to undertake continuous professional development and rewards that commitment to self-improvement.

Having completed the Practitioner Coach Diploma (or equivalent) you will be a professional practising coach working with clients on a regular basis. Through this continued practice (which should be logged) and attending courses to improve the scope and quality of your coaching provision you are becoming an increasingly experienced coach and Noble Manhattan feels that the qualification you hold should reflect this.

The industry recognises different levels of coach and it is important that clients are able to identify that you are qualified to the right level.  This will also be reflected in the fees you can charge for your services. Having completed the Practitioner Coach Diploma the following courses can be taken at any time to suit yourself and your coaching growth.

Any 4 of the following 6 workshops:

  • Power Coaching
  • Relationship Coaching
  • Motivation Coaching
  • Performance Coaching
  • Results Coaching
  • Building Your Coaching Practice

and

  • The Quantum Goal Achievement 2 day course
  • The Elegant Coaching Course using NLP

As soon as you have attended the 4 workshops and the Quantum Goal Achievement course simply check to see if you have accumulated 750 hours of logged coaching.  Once you have you will have achieved everything necessary to qualify as a Noble Manhattan Senior Coach.

As you progress further and your coaching hours continue to accumulate you will want to advance your coaching skills to incorporate the use of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).  This is a natural development for any advanced Coach but nevertheless we feel it should be recognised.  So, when you are ready you can join us on the fabulous Elegant Coaching Course.

You may or may not have already logged 4000 hours of coaching, but as soon as you have the hours and the course you have qualified as a Noble Manhattan Master Coach. So, as you work through your Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma you will, by default, reach a level of experience and ability to qualify as first a Senior Coach and then a Master Coach.
